What PPC is best for gaming / redirect when user leave the page

Hi guys,

I have a gaming website with around 300 visitors every day, I would love to earn some money on them so I was thinking about doing PPC when they leave the website, what publisher should I be talking with?
This is the first time I'm dealing with this, so any type of advice is appreciated
